Patten Pond

O/K ... so we've been to many other campgrounds that claimed to have "Ponds" for fishing and swimming.  They typically are no more than 30 or 40 feet across, green or various shades of brown, and contain lots of unidentifiable things.  Patton Pond, however, does NOT represent any of these characteristics.  This was truly a spectacular body of water.  Looked more like a lake to me - not a pond.  Crystal clear water, a couple miles across easy, filled with great catching fish, and a nice beach area for swimming.  The most beautiful pond on a campground we've seen to date.

Brian & Samantha head out for a boat ride There they are - way out in the water Such a beautiful pond - big enough for even the larger power boats A nice beach area for swimming
